The Sleigh Bell Trot and Stroll -
Sleigh bells are ringing - are you listening? Get ready for a fun and festive certified 5K race or a family fun walk amid the sparkling light displays at the 2013 Sleigh Bell Trot & Stroll at Saluda Shoals Park Monday and Tuesday, November 25 and 26. The Sleigh Bell Stroll will be 7 p.m., November 25. Fees are $5 per person; six and under, free. Sleigh bell trot will be Tuesday, November 26, 7 p.m. The cost is $35 per person. All parking will be at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church next to Saluda Shoals Park on Bush River Road. There will be no parking in Saluda Shoals Park. Holiday Lights on the River -
Holiday Lights on the River opens at Saluda Shoals Park November 27, running nightly through December 31 from 6 - 10 p.m. See sparkling lights, dancing, lighted trees, and more at the Midland's largest drive-through lights display. Traditional favorites include the Dazzling Dancing Forest - dancing lighted trees, arches and deer all synchronized to classical and whimsical holiday music; the Good Sport area, celebrating sports of all kinds; Stars and Stripes, a tribute to our armed forces, and the Twelve Days of Christmas in lights.

Nights of Wonder -
Also at Saluda Shoals, from December 13 - 23, enjoy 11 fun-filled evenings of family activities. Take a ride on the Red-Nose Express Hayride or enjoy a leisurely trip through the lights in the Saluda Shoals Choo-choo. Try downhill tubing without the snow on the Winter Wonder Ride. Warm up and roast some marshmallows on a stick or create a fun holiday craft to take home! You can alos visit Santa's Gift Shop and have your photo made with Santa.
